Cesc is one of those guys who has the upper-most confidence in his appearance. He's not vain or anything but he's extremely comfortable in himself and it takes a lot to embarrass him. Francesco has always played soccer, it's been his life since he was able to walk, and Cesc was a quick learner so he was walking before most toddlers. Playing soccer has always givin him confidence and has kept him fit, playing it since he was three or four years old has made him tanned from being outside so often, muscular and fit. So basically he has it great in the looks department.
He has inherited his looks from his father, he knows well that he has. Basically he and his father have the same face, they almost look identical, except Cesc looks far younger then his father. But when his father was Cesc's age he looked exactly the same as him. Probably because well, they are related and because they both are acomplished athletes. Cesc never bothers to thank his father, though, he doesn't think they look the least bit alike.
As with most of the Rossi family Francesco is gorgeous, he has that tall, dark and handsome look about him. Being Italian he has very tanned skin and just has that dark and mysterious look about him.

Francesco Rossi is known for many things, the main things being his passion for soccer, infatuation with cars, his way with the ladies and his bad boy reputation.
Even before he could walk Cesc has always carried a soccer ball at his side. Growing up he would wake up first thing in the morning and play soccer in the streets of Venice with other local boys until he had to go to bed or his feet bled. Growing up the Rossi family were quite poor so he would draw crosses on the wall outside his out and hit it with his right foot for an hour then his left foot for an hour and then would gather the neighbour's garbage cans, line them up and dribble in and out of them for another hour. After that he would play with his friends and sometimes if he was lucky he'd be able to hide near the bushes with his friends beside the local soccer team's training grounds and watch the big star players train.
