Appearance:
Evan is quite the intimidating fellow what with being about 6’2 with a toned pair of biceps and fairly broad shoulders. When he was younger, around 13-15 years of age, he was more of a lanky little boy. After that night of trying to punch his father and all those other nights he’d received beatings, he decided to change that at the age of about 16. He began to go to the gym at least three times a week and made great progress over the years. He is very watchful of what he eats, though that doesn’t mean he can put away some food. He loves to eat and loves all different kinds of foods.
His attire usually consists of baggy jeans, many pairs of Vans in an assortment of colors, a couple of Nikes to go along with the Vans, t-shirts, wife beaters, hoodies, baseball caps, and on special occasions he’ll throw in a polo to his outfit. One thing he won’t leave the house without is his plain silver ring slipped onto his ring finger on his left hand. People often ask if he’s married because of it and that question is always answered with a ‘no’.
People often take a look at Evan and think he’s some kind of gangster or something. Call him a wangster, wannabe gangster; whatever you want, Evan doesn’t care. He’s not trying to be a gangster, he just wears what he likes and he likes the ‘gangster’ look if that’s what you want to call it.
Evan’s dark brown hair is almost always cut short in a buzzed look and very rarely more than a couple inches long. He just likes it short because it’s much less of a hassle than longer hair and its cooler in the hot weather. Also some people just don’t look too good with long hair; he believes he is one of those people. He has light brown or hazel eyes that are often hidden by a hat. But when revealed they’re quite a pretty sight, especially when the sun hits them just right; it’s almost as if they glow.
And don't get me started on that smile. His pearly whites can make almost any girl melt. It's highly contageous as well, whenever he smiles it's like there's some outer force that makes you want to smile as well no matter what mood you're in.
Personality:
Evan can come off as a jack ass when you first meet him, especially if he thinks you’re…Facially challenged. Yes he can be very shallow. He tries to stay away from those who weren’t blessed with a beautiful face like his. If he isn’t fond of your face then he makes it pretty obvious with his facial expressions. His most famous one’s are the ‘what the hell?’, ‘why are you talking to me?’, and the blunt ‘you’re ugly as hell’. Most of those come with the nose scrunch that most people find incredibly adorable. If the looks don’t get through to your head then he’ll use words as his last resort.
On top of being shallow, Evan is a tad bit confident. Some people believe it’s a turn off but Evan doesn’t give a crap. He hates it when people judge him just because he’s over confident and don’t even bother to get to know him. There’s hardly ever an instance where you see Evan being insecure about himself. Insecure probably isn’t even in his vocabulary. Plus you would need an infinite amount of confidence to do the things that Evan does.
Sometimes when someone meets a person, they get a feeling determining whether they’ll like that person or not. Well if Evan gets the feeling that he’s not going to like you, or if you make a bad first impression with him, he’s done with you. Out pokes his horns and he can be the meanest person in the world to you. If you say something that annoys him he’ll gladly tell you to shut up, or just walk away while you’re in the middle of a sentence. He really doesn’t like it when people annoy him, so I suggest you don’t do it. So what annoys Evan: People who walk so close to him that they constantly bump his arm, people who whine too much, wimps, and when people hang out with him just because he’s rich. If you do any of the following upon meeting him then he’ll drop you like a hot potato.
Don’t let his arrogance, jack ass/mean nature discourage you from getting to know Evan because he really is a cool guy. Once you get passed the bad hardcore layer you get to know another side of Evan; A side that he brings to the stage often.
You must be one lucky dude/dudette to be acquainted with Evan because he’s one crazy cat. He loves to go wild with his friends; randomly shouting statements at people he doesn’t know and pulling pranks at Walmart are his favorites. So here’s a word to describe Evan: random. Don’t be surprised if he all of a sudden asks you what song he should get off of Itunes or something like that. It’s his way of getting through an awkward silence, or just a regular silence. He hates it when that happens and has to always have something to talk about or else he’ll get bored.
Evan makes it pretty obvious when he’s bored. He usually sighs for a long period of time, bites his nails, taps his fingers on something, or starts humming his favorite song, most likely of the rap genre. Sometimes people are offended by his blatant actions but, he really can’t help it. I guess it’s just a force of habit that he never grew out of.
Evan is the kind of friend who is easy to talk to. If you’ve got a problem then Evan will definitely listen as long as you don’t start whining about how horrible your life is. Then it might get ugly. But he gives great support for those that he cares about and will drop his shit in an instant and comfort you if you need it. He also has a way with cheering people up. It usually doesn’t take much effort on his part either. Whether it be a funny face, a silly comment, or a crazy hand gesture, Evan can come up with something to put a smile on your face.
Evan knows how to party. He loves to go out to the club and tries to at least three times a week. Sometimes he’ll get completely wasted and others he’ll just have a couple drinks just to give him a little buzz. But that’s pretty much all he needs because he doesn’t drink that often. Whenever there’s alcohol in his system, he’s more likely to hook up. Usually when he’s sober he doesn’t date around that much and tries to stick with one person for a while instead of having some time limit on how long he should date them. But when he’s wasted or there’s alcohol in his system, he gets more and more sexual and usually ends up in someone’s bed. He tries not to do it too often though.
He really likes to get what he wants. If he wants a person, to be specific, then he might come on a little strong. If he's rejected then it only motivates him more to try and get what he wants. If he wants something other than a person then he'll try and persuade you to get it for him. You'll get the adorable puppy face if you say no to his request, and unless you want to feel extremely guilty about it your best move would be to get it for him.

History:
Ever since Evan was a small child, he hasn't been good enough for his father. No matter what Evan tried, his father was never satisfied. Sometimes Evan felt like his father was ashamed of his own son. His mother was--social; so he rarely ever saw her; this lead to Evan running away from home when he was about ten years old. But since he was so young, he didn't get too far and was soon taken back to his home to live with his father.
To pass the time, Evan would often go swimming in the pool that was built in their backyard. It kept his mind off of his uncaring father and his, pretty much non-existing, mother. Back then he didn't have many friends, which explains why they're so dear to him now, so he spent most of his time in the pool alone. Evan's father had managed to hide the fact that he was an alcoholic for a few years until one stormy night.
His father had been drunk; a different side of Evan's father that he had never seen before, and began to get the lecture on how he'd never make anything of his life, would always be alone, and no one would ever care for him. By this time, Evan was 14 and perfectly capable to build up his courage and charge at his father, the anger from the past fourteen years releasing itself into one fierce punch. Though, Evan had underestimated his father in the drunken state that he was, and the punch was easily dodged.
Soon, Evan's arm was in the grasp of his father. Evan was dragged through the sliding screen door and out into the backyard. Evan struggled to get away from his father, kicking and screaming to do whatever he could to release himself from his father's grasp, but was soon silenced by a large flow of water that made its way into Evan's nose and mouth. The water forced itself down Evan's throat; every now and then his head would be yanked from the water to get some air, but immediately pushed back into the water.
After Evan's father got bored of these harsh actions, his foot hit hard against Evan's side, sending him into the water. By this time, the storm had gotten a lot worse than it was before. Lightning streaked the sky, thunder roared, the wind had picked up, and rain poured from the sky. Evan slowly sunk to the bottom of the pool. Willing himself to open his eyes, Evan pulled himself to the surface and doggy paddled towards the stairs leading to the safe, hard ground. There by the pool Evan stayed until morning.
As Evan grew up, he always had the memory of that night in his mind. The worst part was that he never even received an apology from his father. He hasn’t touched water since then, except for rain of course, but when it comes down to pools there isn’t anything in the world that can get him in one. Once he was 16, he engaged in hip hop lessons; and that led to break dancing. Since his father had taken swimming away from him, Evan had to find another way to vent out his feelings; dancing was perfect for him. You get him angry, all he needs is some music and a large room for just him and he’ll come out twenty minutes later perfectly calm.
Once Evan mastered the art of Hip hop dancing and break dancing he opened up his own studio which brought in tons of money. Three years of teaching enabled him to get his own place in the neighborhood of Heaven Gates.

A few barks rang out into the darkness in Evan's apartment. With a roll of his eyes he set down the fast food bag on the table and greeted the dog with a pat on the head. "Wanna go for a walk, Butch?" questioned Evan as he opened up the bag and pulled out a steamy chicken sandwich; yum. "Hey, this isn't for you," Evan lifted the sandwich out of Butch's reach as he pulled a few chicken nuggets from the bag.
He tossed them to the dog and walked to the closet in the hallway, pulling out Butch's leash. He clipped it onto Butch's collar and headed for the door, his sandwich in his hand. There's no way he was going to leave it at the apartment so it can just get cold. Sure he could heat it up in the microwave, but it doesn't taste as fresh that way.
Evan walked down the streets, squinting at the bright lights glowing from the buildings and street lights. He lifted the hand with the leash and pulled his blue Yankees cap over his eyes just a little more. He wasn't sure why he had bought that hat, he wasn't a big fan of the Yankees. Or better yet, he wasn't even a big fan of baseball.
His attire was simple, because well, he wasn't planning on going anywhere special. He might stop by that club later on if he can’t get to sleep because of this stupid animal at the end of his leash. Butch barked as if he were reading Evan’s mind, causing a small smile to slip onto Evan’s lips. He wore a pair of baggy jeans that sort of frayed at the bottom, probably because they were so long they dragged on the ground. A red t-shirt adorned his torso along with a white long sleeved shirt underneath it. And of course you can’t forget about the black Vans on his feet.
Finishing up the yummy delicious sandwich, Evan tossed the wrapper in the trash and wiped the corners of his mouth. Butch took Evan’s actions as a cue to start running down the street. Evan rolled his eyes as he struggled to slow the dog down who was determined to bind down the streets until morning; at least that’s what it seemed like because the dog wouldn’t let up, not even a little bit.
Evan quickly switched hands so that the leash was in his right hand and gripped a street lamp with his left hand. “C’mon now,” he mumbled, trying to pull the dog back. Anyone who just happened to be watching Evan right now would have a nice night show. The dog continued to push forward, completely ignoring his owner and soon the leash slipped from Evan’s grip. “Damn it, Butch..” He sprinted down the street after the barking dog, every now and then moving his hand to pull his pants up. Didn’t want them to fall, now did he?
He really should get some professional to train his stupid dog after all of this. Finally catching up to the dog, Evan stopped in front of it wrapping his arms around Butch. He lifted Butch over his head, “What do you think you’re doing?” He asked, poking the dog’s head with his hat. Evan grabbed the leash and wrapped it a couple of times around his hand before setting Butch down. He barked as a little cat leaped into an alleyway. “All of that for a stupid cat? Why don’t you mess with Froot Loop like that, huh?” Evan asked, shaking his head as he continued to walk down the street, now unsure of how far they were from his apartment. He wasn’t really planning on walking this far, but sometimes plans change, right?
