Portrayed By (PB): Zac Efron.
Age: 18
Birthday: September 27
Wealth Status: richhh
Neighborhood: Ile Du Soleil
Job/School: Senior
Clique: D. Rulers.
Appearance:Devin is a decently cute guy. His brown eyes have a flicker in them, making them look alive. He has brown hair that falls abit below his eyebrows, diagonal across his face. He's pretty well muscled, but doesn't show off. He has a slim body from his years of multiple sports.
The details
His brown eyes tell his emotions well. But sometimes they glaze over and show nothing but the color. His eyes are brighter when he's happy or excited; and dull when sad or angry. They're big, like a puppy. So it's easy for him to get what he wants with his puppy dog face.
His hair shines from healthy conditioning and good health. He takes extremely good care of it. He conditions every day, and never uses mousse or sprays. He uses detangler, which is basically the only thing he uses, but occasionally he uses a styler for an event or gathering.
He worked out alot, but also has muscles from the sports he plays. He worked out and put even more into his training when his girlfriend died. He has a six-pack, and muscled out legs and arms. He lifted weights and worked on the treadmill, just trying to get away from it all. He'd take long runs, just trying to run away from it all.
Personality:
Devin has a mixed personality. Don't talk about his past, you'd be better off going into hiding or be dead. He hates his past and wants to start over again. It's hard because everything he does reminds him of his girlfriend. So he's scared of getting close to someone or just liking someone at all.
He's scared of his past, and getting close to someone. He's scared if he gets close, he'll lose her again. Or he's scared that she'll dump him and break his heart. He doesn't want to get close to anyone, because if he loses someone a second time, he doesn't know if he can take it. He thinks it's not worth the heartache and pain. He'll most likely remain this way for quite awhile, until his mind is straightened out again.
He's confused basically about his life in general. What'll happen if he falls in love again? What'll happen if his heart's broken again? All he does is think about those questions. He's confused if he'll ever love again anyway. So he's just confused and not ready to commit unless the girl is special, even more than Chelsea. He'll most likely remain this way for quite awhile, until his mind is straightened out again.
Devin is one of those kind of guys where you can tell him you're going to die in 47 days and he won't tell anyone. That's just not how he is. He can be trusted, he knows it, and he trusts everyone who trusts him. He trusted his friends with the fact that he loved Chelsea, which was true, and he never wanted to let her go. They believed him and didn't tell anyone.
Devin is a really caring person. He will help anyone if they need it, no matter what. He's popular, but that doesn't stop him from helping someone not so popular. His friends nag on him, but he ignores it because that's how he is.

History:
Devin was born 18 years ago in Southern California. He had an older sister, whom he never like so much. He had great parents, friends, a great home, everything. His life was picture perfect. Wasn't it?
On the outside, that's how it seemed. But his parents kept getting into fights. But they still loved each other, no matter what. The kids were scared, but didn't say a word. They stayed in their rooms and watched TV, played, read, or were asleep. Many nights Devin would go into Rebecca's room, because he was too scared to sleep alone. Usually Rebecca'd say no, but she was scared too and wanted the extra comfort. So she'd always say yes.
Entering kindergarten, with Rebecca in fourth grade, Devin was a bright kid. But when the fights were really bad at home, he wouldn't do so well in school. So he was sent to a guidance counselor's office one day. He insisted that he was fine, but the teacher and guidance counselor both said he was six, he didn't know too much.
They asked him if anything was going on at home. He froze up, and looked away, before saying nothing was wrong. That was when they knew something was, but he was too scared to tell. So they brought him in again and again, pressuring him to tell them what was going on. He was little, and they thought it may hurt him later, but they also thought if they didn't do something now, he could be in even more danger later.
So he finally cracked. The teachers decided to go to his house as soon as they could. His parents were furious, but then the teachers walked in when they were about to beat him. They called the police(the only ones they could call at the time) to come and check it out.
The police came within a half hour, and inspected the place, and the parents. It was deemed unsafe, and the kids were to be removed immediately. The kids packed their things, and brought them to the car. they were staying with the teacher for the time being.
A few months later, they found a family for them to live in. It was their aunt and uncle's home in New Mexico. They agreed it was a safe place and moved the kids there as soon as possible. The kids had only been there once or twice, but they loved it. They had alot of fun there whenever they had visited.
They were moved there when Devin was in the second grade, Rebecca in sixth. They moved there just before school, so they wouldn't be totally new and outcasted. Rebecca made friends easily, but that wasn't so much for Devin. He only had a few people he was friends with, and even they weren't really close. His best friend from day one was Alex Janes. They did absolutely everything together.
Devin got more popular as time went on, and he found himself in the principal's office many times. He got into many fights, always coming home with a bloody nose or a thick bandage around his hand or a bandage on his face. He always said it was from the playground, and his aunt and uncle,(being the laid back people they are) thought it was true and accepted it.
But one day, all the harmless fighting went terribly wrong. Devin almost knocked a kid out by pushing him into the blacktop, hitting his head hard. He was sent to the principal's office as usual, but the principal had had enough. He was suspended for 3 days. And if he was in there again, he was expelled.
Even worse, he had to bring home a paper to his guardians. They'd have to sign it and see how long he's suspended and why. He brought it home, and showed it to them. They flipped, and grounded him for a week. He thought it was better than getting beat by his parents any day.
His grounding consisted of no friends. He wasn't allowed to communicate with them in any way. No electronics. Basically no computer, gameboy of any kind, TV, or a phone. He wasn't allowed to stay up late to watch TV shows either. Basically, life sucked.
After being suspended and grounded, Devin actually wanted to go to school. And Devin hates school. He was welcomed back and had alot of work to catch up on. Good thing he was grounded. Yep, he was happy he was grounded. That meant he could finish his work he missed and not have another note sent home.
Then, working on the farm, a tragedy struck. Of course, no one knew about it until the next morning. They went outside, looking for their uncle. He hadn't showed up for bed last night. And he wasn't at his usual spot at the breakfast table. Something was up.
It was Devin who found his uncle. Dead. He had gotten trampled by one of the bulls late at night. It was a horrific sight, and Deving screamed like he'd never screamed before. His aunt and sister heard it and came running. She nearly fainted, and his sister had to hold her up.
They dragged the body(which was quite disguisting) to the house, where they put it in an old shed for the time. Everything was quiet for a few days, where the only thing's you'd hear were the clanking of silverware, and the noises of inatimate objects. Even Rebecca, the fasttalker, was quiet and reserved. They held a funeral only days later.
It his Devin especially hard, since he was so close to him. They were supposed to build a birdhouse and re-do the horse barn. But that wouldn't happen. Not now. Not ever. Devin was extra good in school after that, almost like he felt that he owed it to his uncle.
When Devin first entered high school his aunt started searching again. He was glad she had finally got over his uncle, but abit sad someone would be replacing his uncle. But the man she chose couldn't be better. He was a farmer, and his wife also died from farmwork. They clicked instantly, and it was almost love at first sight.
Devin and Rebecca also took an instant liking to him. He was nice, funny, a good cook and a good teacher. Their aunt couldn't cook if her life depended on it, so their uncle usually did all the cooking. But he was a good cook too, and was teaching her some easy recipes to make. He asked her to marry him after only 3months of dating.
Of course, she said yes. They wanted Devin as a groomsman and Rebecca as a bridesmaid. They were very excited that their aunt would finally be happy again. The wedding was going to be only a month or so after, so they had alot of planning to do. Of course, this was the time Devin found the love of his life.
Devin met Chelsea the same day his aunt was proposed to. They both had an instant liking to each other, and they were going out almost every night. They thought knew they were in love. Devin's goal was to graduate high school, go to college with Chelsea, and ask her to marry him. They were perfect together, everyone had said so.
Then, his heart was broken the day before his aunt's was mended. Chelsea was in the car, a friend(who wasn't drunk from the party they went to) swerved abit to avoid hitting a car. Anothr car came shooting from who knows where, hitting Chelsea's side. She was dead, but they didn't know that yet. Everyone else survived.
Devin heard the next day, and he was devestated. He put all his energy into football, track, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, running. Anything, everything. If he wasn't doing something, he'd be thinking about Chelsea all the time. He ran and did everything he could not to think of her, but in the end, all he could do was think of her.
Shortly after he turned 18, his aunt and new uncle died from overstress. They were pretty rich, so he got quite alot of money. He also learned his parents had died from overdoses of alcohol and drugs. He got quite abit of money from them too. He moved to Monaco not long afterwards. He keeps in touch with his sister and all of his old friends. He moved here to get as far away as possible, just from where the memories haunt his past.

Ileanna was in one of those moods today. Nothing was happening, and nothing was anywhere. Maybe she was in a mood because she had just learned that her beloved old stallion, and Appaloosa named Crimsonrodd, had been put down. He had arthritis and many other problems, and her parents said it was for the best. She had applied earlier for a soccer position, and had a large soccer bag with her.
In her bag, she had a soccer ball, her cleats, shinguards, and her drawing stuff. Drawing stuff being a pad, charcoal pencils, and a rag, for blotting and smearing. She found a nice, flat grassy area nearby, and put her stuff down by the tree at the far point where the hill then sloped down. She started unpacking the bag, grabbing her cleats, shinguards and socks. Sliding off her flip-flops, she slid on small socks, shinguards, and then her soccer socks, in the school's blule, coincidentally. She had always used this color blue for soccer socks, and it surprised her when she saw the school's blue color was the same.
She had on navy blue short shorts, and her soccer stuff, along with her old school's soccer t-shirt. She decided on a jog first, around the flatter part of the field once, which was about the size of a field for soccer. She took the jog easy, but nearing the end, her muscles started to scream. She hadn't done a jog for soccer in a while, and it was catching up with her now.
After the jog, she rested, but just for a minute. Soccer took her mind off everything, and that's why she loved it. She could get lost in it, and not have a care in the world. She started dribbling and doing tricks, surprising herself that she remembered all of them and did them so well. After her practice, she flopped down on the ground. She looked up at the sky, bored out of her mind. She missed her horses, and decided to visit with them later today. Also hoping someone will come by....
