Appearance:
Jake is known for his dark hair and bright, lively greenish blue eyes. He’s very tall standing at about 6’3; the perfect height for a forward. His skin is a little between pale and tan. He’s not extremely tan to the point where his skin looks orange and he’s not so pale that his skin looks white. It’s a nice bronzy tan color. He has little to none blemishes on his face. But he does have a few freckles placed here and there on his precious face. He hates it when he gets zits and spends about ten minutes each night scrubbing his face with astringents, face creams, and other facial products. Shh, don’t tell anyone.

Jake’s hair, according to him it’s his best feature. But I think most people think they’re hair is their best feature. His hair is naturally black and straight. He has to have it short; maybe about 4 inches long or so. He’s the kind of guy that doesn’t like to deal with long hair falling in his eyes or something. If you touch his hair it’s surprisingly soft and fluffy; probably because he shampoos and conditions it every night. The ladies don’t like guys with greasy hair so he takes good care of it. Every now and then he’ll spike his hair up into a little mini mohak or fohak as some people call it.

His wardrobe is quite ‘preppy’, if you will. He’s into those Abercrombie & Fitch jeans and Hollister t-shirts. Sometimes you’ll find him in a nice collared shirt with a sweater over top, the sleeves rolled up of course and he really does pull it off. People often call him a pretty boy because of the way he dresses, but Jake honestly doesn’t care about what people think of him. But when he feels like dressing casually he’ll just wear a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. Jake almost always has a watch on his wrist, only because it’s kind of annoying to pull his phone out just to look at the time.


Personality:
He can seem like a very uncaring person sometimes. If you have some kind of problem and need to vent, he’s not the person you should go to because he most likely won’t listen. He doesn’t care much about other people’s problems nor does he want to hear it. The only exception is if he really truly cares about you. You must be a pretty special person to have your name on his friends list. Actually, you are lucky to have Jake as a friend. It’s like he’s a total different person around the one’s he cares about. He’s very tentative, caring, and as others would say ‘adorable’.

He likes to speak his mind; a lot, to the point where it gets him into trouble. If he doesn’t like you, he’ll tell you; if he thinks you’re annoying, he’ll tell you; if he thinks you should get over yourself, he’ll tell you. I guess you could say he’s just an honest guy. But even though some people say they do, not everyone wants the honest truth. If you can’t handle the truth then you should probably stay away from Jake. Usually when Jake’s in a bad mood is when someone decides to stroll up to him and attempt to start a conversation. If he’s in a bad mood, he’ll gladly let you know and possibly tell you to take your conversation elsewhere. Some call it mean but, wouldn’t you want to leave him alone rather than try to talk to a grumpy Jake?

Another great thing about Jake is that he can be very sarcastic. He actually loves sarcasm and the reactions of some people when he uses it. I guess you could say he likes to play with people’s minds. Some reactions just make him want to laugh. Speaking of laugh, Jake seems to laugh at people more than with them. He offers those laughs that say ‘ahaha you’re an idiot’ or ‘you don’t scare me’.

Oh boy does Jake have a temper. You piss him off and his fists will be in your face faster than you can spit. He gets that look in his eyes and you know that you’ve pressed the wrong button, buddy. That look in his eyes is usually followed by a smirk. When he gives you this look, it’s almost worse than the look that your mother gives you when you’ve done something wrong. You should probably try and stay on his good side; which shouldn’t be too hard considering he’s pretty lovable when you first meet him.

Jake is a silly guy and is often called a dork. But it’s not in a bad way; Jake is the kind of guy that can make anyone laugh; unless you’re like some kind of emotionless zombie. His facial expressions are mostly what gets to people. He is often sarcastic in the most serious situations, but it’s almost like he just can’t help it. He likes to see people happy. Now his silliness often brings out his clutzy side which is another thing that people love about Jake. He rarely ever gets embarrassed when he’s walking down the street and all of a sudden trips because he was laughing so hard that he wasn’t paying attention to where he was going. He just laughs at himself and gets right back on up.

Of course he doesn't bring that clumsiness to the basketball court. It's actually the complete opposite when he's on that court with a ball in his hand. He loves the game of basketball and is 100% committed to it when need be. He practices daily and is actually very good; especially when it comes to ball handling. He’s all about the tricks.

But don’t get me wrong, Jake isn’t goofy all the time. That’s pretty much impossible. He’s pretty serious when it comes to relationships. If there’s a girl he likes, then he goes for it. When he’s in a relationship he likes to pamper his girl and treat her like the queen she is. Quite frankly, he’s a hopeless romantic. Flowers and chocolates are his signature.

History:
Jake was born in the wonderful New York city. Coming from a rich family he had everything he wanted. Two great parents, plenty of friends, a good school, and an exciting social life. And yes, Jake did develop the famous New York accent and still has it to this very day. At about 13 years old his great life took a big plunge when his parents decided to adopt an eight year old boy. Jake became neglected and had to take care of his new little brother 24/7. He longed for the life he had where his parents paid attention to him and him only, but with another kid in the family it seemed like Jake had been forgotten.

Because of this, Jake grew to hate his younger brother. He was way too clingy for Jake’s taste and he longed to get away. But with his parents away on meetings or conferences, Jake was stuck babysitting. He never understood why his parents wanted to adopt some stupid kid when they already had one. Wasn’t he good enough for them? When little Josh was old enough, Jake was rid of his babysitting duties and finally got part of his life back.

Jake was 16 when his parents gathered him and his brother into the living room to tell them the ‘good’ news. They were moving to Monaco in the French Riviera. Why? Because of Jake’s dad’s job. Jake couldn’t believe what he was hearing and refused to go. Josh on the other hand was excited, which just pissed Jake off even more. Jake had just gotten his life back and he was moving a billion miles away? Despite the fact that Jake had constantly said he wasn’t going anywhere, he packed his bags and headed over to Monaco with his family.

Once they were settled in, Jake began school. At first the residents of the school were thrown off by his New York accent because well, it was something you usually wouldn’t here in Monaco. Jake was very withdrawn for the first couple of months because he had to deal with being the new kid and that was never fun. But eventually he made some new friends and was informed that there were two main cliques of the school. D. Rulers and T. Uniteds. Of course Jake joined the D. Rulers because they seemed a lot cooler than those other guys. After living in Monaco for two years Jake has become pretty popular and enjoys it in Monaco.
