Personality: It isn’t exactly easy to describe Winter’s personality. She is not as sweet as she looks but then again she is not as dangerous as she pretends to be. This girl is more independent than labels can handle, and we can’t just say she is a skater, because that is not all she is. And she isn’t punk either, because sometimes she can act very prepy. It really depends on the situation, but mostly she will act… normally. And her normal relies on acting as her instincts tell her to.

Winter is very authoritarian, she rarely depends on people for doing her things, and she never really needs people around her. Though, she really likes the idea of messing around accompanied, so she will never despise company, but she will never beg for it. She is surely a hyper girl, but most of the time Winter likes to play the quiet girl. She really doesn’t have a reason for that, and it is not like she is bothering and looking for one. That is how she behaves, doing whatever she wants. But, don’t thing this girl shall be easy to influence on, because sometimes she can be very headstrong.

As much as she can look innocent, don’t let her looks fool you. She is not the dumb blonde, and she is certainly not as preppy as she appears to be. She can be really tough when she wants, and if there is something she is not, then that is weak. Seeing her cry is a total no no, and even if she does cry she will never allow you to see it.

Friends to Winter are a golden thing, and she will stick up for them whenever needed. Although most of her friends are boys, she really has nothing against the girls. She just seems to mesh better with the males, due to what she does right after school. Oh common, she is a skater girl. What do you want? There to be more skater girls like her? Nah, that is rare. But not impossible. And besides, skate is not all that she does, Winter can play almost any sport you can imagine, apart from Tennis (she hates it) and golf (she double hates it).

History: One of the rarest things, ten years ago, was to see December 21st without the faintest sign of snow. As a natural and expected fact, the day Winter Alison Skyes was born, there was as much snow as it did on Christmas. Monaco was no longer shining with its orangy lights, but it was as white as the north pole. Winter’s parents were always very creative when it came to naming their child, and Winter was no exception. Her mum had been looking for a strong, yet sweet sounding name, and hadn’t it been so that the snow had began one hour before Winter Alison Skyes was born? Nothing but coincidence, that was why Winter was named… Winter.

Five years before Winter was born, the Skyes had moved all the way from the USA to middle Europe, due to Mr. Skyes golden job opportunity. He was a manager in a store back in Michigan, and that same store had just opened an affiliate in Monaco, and so Jonathan Skyes was offered the position as manager. It was a good thing they had settled before Winter came, because the girl certainly brought them some trouble. As a young baby there was nothing she did best the mess the house up, yelled at the highest hour of the night, every night. But even so, the Skyes loved her, and as she grew, she became less loud. Less, because she is still quite a loud girl at times.

As a young child no one could take Winter to the Zoo, because she loved throwing food for the animals, even though she knew it was forbidden. But as she grew, the girl got softer and better behaved. Not that she has become perfect, because she is still a little rebel on the inside. And that is why, when she was seven, she fell in love with skating. She had seen an older girl skating in Fontevielle and from then on she fell in love with the idea of being a female skater. It looked so… Powerful, and that girl certainly looked like she had reached inner independence.

Being one of the things Winter most wanted, soon the girl grew as free as she wanted, and her personality molded right into what she had wanted. Forced on not, Winter is more then happy with the girl she has become. She loves her friends, and although she would certainly live without them, she is sure live wouldn’t be as fun. As to her parents, it is not like the girl is that much attached to them as a daddy’s girl would, but she respects them and talks to then every now and then. She hasn’t got a reason to avoid them, they are very good parents, she just thinks it is… weird to have your mum as your best friend.
