London has always been famous, or infamous, for its wealthy businessmen and crazed political leaders. However, about three decades ago politics and everyday life took a turn for the worst when society branched off into five separate groups, each group striving for fame, fortune, and power. These five groups are each a force to be reckoned with, though at the top of the heap are the Vanaheim's, the wealthiest and most influential people in London. Following closely behind are the Verdandi’s and filling in after them are the Ragnarok’s, the Ceridwen’s, and the Dagda’s. However, despite the fact that a few of the groups coincide peacefully, most of them do not, which has led to some bloodshed in the past. In fact, many people have perished at the hands of the various Clans, though it is hard to get an exact death toll as the number increases more and more each day. Granted, the death toll has decreased immensely with the new generation, but sometimes death is the only way to get ahead in the never-ending game that we call life. After all, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Howsoever, despite the fact that the Clans are often perceived as ruthless, which is a false label, they are still everyday, ordinary people that struggle to get by in life. They have their fair share of scandal, lies, and they have more than a few skeletons in their closet. Some more so than others, but that is just part of what makes them human. They have their ups and downs and their romances and heartbreaks, though the Clan situation does make falling in love rather difficult, especially when you fall for the wrong person. The heart wants what it wants though. So, will you be able to differentiate yourself from the Clans or will you be sucked up in all the drama? But be warned, not everyone will make it out alive as trouble is brewing on the horizon.
