In the 30’s a man named Kenneth Foster created a boarding home for troubled teens and Young Adults that takes place in Corvallis, Oregon. He needed to make a place where troubled teens and adults can learn not to be so rowdy. It became popular when the word spread out. After a while, they made brochures of the school and sent it out all over the country. After that, they were set to make troubled people no more.

To bridge the gap of this conscious state that we live in
And I'm short of time

After Kenneth died, his son took over. That was when the memorial garden was made for his father. But Kenneth Foster, Jr. had one secret he kept from his father, he had psychic powers. Of course after interning and working at the school for his father, he saw that some of the people had powers as well. He took the school and made it into something more than just a school but a place where teens and young adults who are troubled with powers of greatness can learn how to use them and why they should.

Because in this place, we're all as good as dead

Now, more and more attendents come to the school from all over the state and the U.S. Now that Kenneth Foster, Jr. has passed, his daughter, Katherine Foster, is now taking over the school. Just like her father, she has powers as well and is willing to teach the attendents here how to use their powers. She just needs to make sure the government doesn’t find out.
