Love is in the air in Tampa...

Particularly at Tampa Bay High, the local public high school where nearly all the teens in the Tampa Bay area of Tampa, Florida attend school on a daily basis. They aren't the rich kids with the flawless lives and the endless flow of cash from their parents. They don't have a guaranteed 'in' to the Ivy League schools of their dreams, and their futures aren't paved for them. They have to make their own path and create their own lives, because these kids, they're just normal like everybody else.

Oh, what a tangled web we weave. There couldn't be a truer phrase about the teens at Tampa Bay High. Everyone is confused, stuck in these complicated and sticky webs of love, lust, hate, betrayal, and sex. No one knows what they want anymore, and no one can seem to keep it all straight. Who will finally find their soulmates, and more importantly, can they figure things out before it's too late? Does anyone really get second chances?
